Delete your Crossroads Legends account

You can delete your account in the game, or request deletion here if you no longer have access to the app.

In the game

Open Settings → Account → Delete account and confirm. This permanently removes your account and progress. It cannot be undone.

Without the app

Email rpg@sicken.work with the subject Crossroads Legends account deletion. Include your player name and, if available, your player ID. Do not send passwords or authentication tokens.

We will verify which account belongs to you before deleting it and reply with the request status. If you cannot find your player ID, tell us your player name and that you have lost access.

What is deleted

Your account and device identifier, sessions, heroes, equipment, quests, exploration records, battle and Arena records, and account-linked gameplay telemetry are removed from the live game database. Open trades and owned towers are released as part of deletion. Other players keep their own game progress.

Game progress and lifetime milestone records are otherwise kept while your account exists. Raw gameplay telemetry has a configured retention of 90 days and daily summaries of 13 months; account-linked telemetry is removed when the account is deleted. Website security logs have a separate 14-day retention and are not used as game accounts.
